Time Limited Contact Scheme
Wigan & Leigh Pensioners Link offers a “Time Limited Contact Scheme”, which provides support for a maximum of six weeks for people aged 50 and over who are experiencing changing times.
We help by providing :
- Regular telephone contact
- Home visits
- Advocacy
- Information
- Help with arranging transport to appointments etc
- Limited practical assistance Help with domestic arrangements
- Help in becoming more involved in social and community activities.
